Having left school at 15 and after two spells of employment with two different firms of estate agents I felt I could run my own business and established Arlington Residential in 1994.

Since this time I have used my formidable network of contacts to create a well-respected company that has carved itself a niche in the top end sales and rental market in Central and North West London.

Handling high end properties means that on a very frequent basis I am in contact with people who are well known in the world of business and entertainment. Maintaining the privacy of buyers and sellers is paramount and I pride myself on discretion and confidentiality. With over 30 years’ experience in the residential property market I have handled the sale of numerous high end homes, many of which have been off market transactions. I am immensely proud of my business and the people who work for it, all of whom have contributed towards its success.

I have been working in St John’s Wood for over 15 years. During these years I have established long-term relationships with a large number of clients and buyers and have built a loyal following based on an honest approach and an understanding of their requirements.

My hard work, continuous communication and attention to detail always leads to outstanding results for my clients.

I have successfully handled a significant number of high end sales in some of the most sought after residential areas, including St John’s Wood, Little Venice and Hampstead, and I look forward to continuing my successful career at Arlington Residential.

When not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my beloved football team Tottenham Hotspur.

I have been working as a property agent for over a decade experiencing and enjoying the variety of architecture that West Hampstead, Hampstead and St John’s Wood have to offer. From a young age, different architectural styles have always been something I have taken a great interest in.

I pride myself on my attention to detail and an empathic approach when helping both sellers and buyers. It is paramount for me to keep effective communication to all parties, providing support at every step of the way, making the process as smooth as possible.

My dream would be to become a life coach, something I currently do as a hobby. Helping people is one of my biggest passions.

I have recently joined Arlington Residential having spent several years working in the immediate area.

With over 20 years of residential lettings experience in some of the most sought after areas in North West and Central London including St John’s Wood, Marylebone and Hampstead, I have rented some of the most impressive and beautiful properties the market has to offer.

Outside of work I am very much a family man. The ideal way to spend my time is in the garden playing with my son or on the sofa with a great movie. I also love football and play as often as I am able at my local 5-a-side powerleague.

I have spent the last 14 years working in residential sales, lettings and social housing and recently joined the team in St John’s Wood. I am a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) with strong experience in contracts and compliance. My passion is people, and I love forming relationships with clients and helping them to find homes and have a stress-free journey throughout the process.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling. I also love Latin dance and live music.

I have spent more than 30 years advising landlords and finding homes for tenants in Central and North West London. Originally from Durban, South Africa, I began my property career in London’s West End and arrived in St John’s Wood when I joined Arlington Residential in 1999.

Over the years I have cultivated a deep rooted local network of loyal clients and tenants, and have developed an excellent understanding of both market appraisals and tenancy negotiations (underpinned by my ARLA* qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management) as well having a real empathy with what a tenant may require.

I recently returned to Arlington Residential following a hiatus in a global corporate estate agency where I headed up their St John’s Wood lettings department.

However, for me, my pleasure derives from working within a small privately-owned company where each success is a hands-on personal triumph.

Outside of the office I am first and foremost a wife and mother-of-one. I am also an inconsistent gardener who enjoys reading, art, music and the odd evening out at the theatre. *ARLA – Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
